Covid-19: Stollenorder and Delivery date Policies

For all of us Covid-19 is a challenging and worrying year..

 

Many families will feel the impact of the Pandemic this Christmas. Social distance and care for your loved ones is priority. Let us hope, that we all get through this time healthy – without losing our hope and faith.

 

We are really happy to be able to continue to bring you, your family , or your friends a little Holiday joy with our Stollen.

Shipping times and Delivery warranties:

 

With the increasing value of online orders and parcels shipped during the Pandemic

-WE CAN NOT WARRANTY any specific delivery dates, provided by our shipping partners.

 

-WE CAN NOT take any responsibility for missed shipping times or previewed shipping date estimates.

 

Please be aware that this concerns especially our costumers from the United States.

Due the amount of parcels at the border agency, handling and safety measures to protect employees can cause unforeseen delays.

 

Delivery dates and estimates of Priority and Express parcels are affected and we cannot refund shipping costs, because of missed delivery dates, provided by our shipping partners.

 

All major shipping providers changed their refunds policy on late shipments during the pandemic.

 

PLEASE .. We do anything to get your Parcel shipped as fast as possible. The Stollen and Fruitcakes are packed well and do not mind longer shipping times.

 

-If you have a certain delivery day in mind, be aware of uncertainties which could happen during shipping.

 

Be sure we will try anything to move mountains, that you receive and enjoy your Stollen at Christmas day!

For me, as the Stollen baker, i'am happy that we are able to continue our traditional Stollen business this year.

 

These are strange and difficult times and we from La Mie Matinale want to add our traditional Christmas Joy for you,your friends and family.

 

I not want want any of you be disappointed of unexpected changes of delivery times by our shipping partners. Please consider this before ordering.
