Day of the Epiphany. Time for the galette of the kings.

 

As every year You can enjoy our famous “galette des rois” famous puff paste cake, filled with delicious almond cream.

This year I offer a chance to taste another kind of cake of the kings “Our Bisontine”
Very popular in my home region, eastern France. Specifically of the town of Besancon (beautiful city actually!!)
