Preparation for Christmas

Halloween has not yet arrived, but the days already start to shorten. This means for us we have to think of the preparations for Christmas.

 

 

The raisins already inlaid in rum, as well their cousins the candied fruits. Further we prepare the subtle mixing of spices in order to guarantee the perfect flavour for our Christollen, our fruit, chocolates cakes, and honey gingerbread cookies.

These days the bakery is filled by the aroma of almonds from our marzipan production.
